Outdoor ceremonies are beautiful, but unpredictable Ohio weather can bring stress. At our
venue, you have the option of hosting your ceremony indoors or outdoors. Our scenic outdoor
pergola is perfect for sunny days, while our elegant hall offers a seamless indoor alternative,
ensuring your day stays perfect—rain or shine.
3. Are There Hidden Fees for Extra Time or Services?
Some reception halls charge high fees for extended hours or services. At Touch of Excellence,
our standard rental includes six hours, with options to extend the celebration. We also include
extras like our fog machine-enhanced DJ lighting, in-house sound system, and event planning
and management, helping you avoid unexpected charges.
4. Can You Bring Your Own Alcohol?
Venues with mandatory bar packages can dramatically increase your budget. At our Medina
wedding venue, couples are welcome to bring their own alcohol—and our bartenders will handle
the rest. This gives you flexibility and savings without compromising the guest experience.

Accessibility and convenience are often afterthoughts—but they shouldn’t be. Touch of
Excellence is fully wheelchair accessible, with ample parking and close proximity to local hotels

6. What’s the Real Capacity (Comfortably)?
Some venues advertise high guest capacity, but leave you cramped or sacrificing the dance
floor. Our newly renovated hall comfortably hosts up to 300 guests, with room to dance on our
granite floor, toast at the custom-lit bar, and create lasting memories under Swarovski
chandeliers.
